Teams
Share one snippet library with your whole team — billed per member.
Teams is the plan for support, sales and operations teams: everyone uses the same wording, with snippets that stay up to date for all.
What's included

- 3,000 AI replies per member per month (individual quota, reset on the 1st of each month).

Create a team
1In the extension, open Teams → New team (or Teams in the web dashboard).
2Name your team and choose monthly or annual billing.
3Enter your payment details: the team starts with a 14-day free trial.
€9.00 per member a month, or €6.30 per member a month billed €75.60 a year. Minimum 2 members. Up to 5 members can join during the trial.
Invite members
Invite one person by email, or switch to bulk mode and paste a list of emails or a CSV file (email,role). Each person gets an invitation, and a seat is only billed once they accept.
Roles
- Owner — full control, billing and deletion.
- Admin — manages members, roles and snippets.
- Editor — creates and edits team snippets.
- Viewer — can view and copy only.
Import into the team
In Import, choose the team as the destination: snippets from Text Blaze, espanso, TextExpander, Raycast, Beeftext, Alfred, CSV or Korte JSON land in a team folder shared with every member. Editors and above can import.
