Troubleshooting

A snippet doesn't expand

• Make sure you're signed in and sync is enabled.
• Reload the page — the extension activates on page load.
• Confirm the trigger is exactly right and unique.
• Some highly custom editors restrict programmatic input.

Snippets are missing or out of date

Open the extension popup to sync, or use “Import from cloud”. If you recently switched accounts, the local cache is reset to the signed-in account.

Pro isn't active after paying

Activation is handled by Stripe webhooks. Open the dashboard billing page — it reconciles with Stripe and activates automatically. The extension reflects it on next open.
