Common issues and how to fix them.
A snippet doesn't expand
Check that the extension is active on the site, that the trigger is correct, and that the trigger mode matches (instant vs Space/Enter).
Missing or outdated snippets
Sign in to re-sync. Your local and cloud data reconcile on sign-in.
Pro not active after payment
Close and reopen the Korte panel, or sign back in; Pro status updates within a few minutes. If not, write to us.
The palette doesn't open
Make sure none of your shortcuts contains the opener (;; by default) and that it doesn't use a dead key (^ ¨ ` ´ ~). You can change it in Settings → General.
I can't create a team or invite someone
Creating a team starts a Teams subscription with a 14-day trial. Teams created before the Teams plan keep working, but need Teams to invite new members. During the trial, a team is limited to 5 members.
